Return/Refund Policy

In case there is a problem with the product, we will replace the product or refund entire amount plus return shipping charges. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging are intact. Opened/Damaged or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. Damages in transit will not be accepted as return. For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavour like/dislike, flavour difference from one brand to other etc. products would not be applicable for return. Please consult with the doctor before buying the product

Following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:

  1. Damages due to misuse of product
  2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
  3. Consumable item which has been used.
  4. Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers

Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered

Once we determine that your merchandise is eligible for return, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number and given instructions on how to complete the process.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

Please note that we must be notified of the problem through Phone or e-mail within 24 hours of your receiving the product.
